This Site is dedicated to all those families of the people that have tragically disappeared on flights in and around New Zealand. I  only hope that from all the effort in building this site and from all the effort of those taking part in this venture, that it will bear fruit in bringing ‘closure’ to their memories!

The white track has been determined with a stronger wind that the yellow track, but both scenarios are still valid because we know that it entered that valley... according to what Jimmy saw.

The height it entered this valley now becomes very critical to determining where it was likely to have crashed, as if it was below the height of the hill as Glen remembered Jimmy saying, and we do an overlay on Google Earth at this height, then it would surely be below this height that it would have crashed... right?

It also should be noted Jimmy said he saw it going down.....

 

This means that it would have to be somewhere under this shaded area, and not over the next ridge where it has been presumed by the locals for all these years!
